A little tip that might help:

You missed the postman (or he missed you)? Your parcel will be waiting for you at the post office for 7 days. With a Postal account you can extend the collection period by up to 2 months.

If you do not collect the package within the time limit, it will be returned to us for a fee. We will then contact you and explain how to proceed.
