Die richtige Mischung macht’s
Baldrian ist bekannt für seinen entspannenden sowie beruhigenden Effekt sowie ein bewährtes und beliebtes Hausmittel bei Stress, Unruhe und Nervosität. Baldrian hilft Ihnen den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Sie finden leichter in den wohlverdienten Schlaf und können besser durchschlafen.
Ebenso erprobt hat sich bei Einschlaf- sowie Durchschlafstörungen die Kombination von Orangenblüten, Lavendelblüten und Melissenblätter. Diese Heilpflanzen entfalten eine beruhigende Wirkung auf die Sinne und helfen nervöse Spannungszustände zu lösen. Hopfenblüten erleichtern das Einschlafen und stoßen einen tiefen und geruhsamen Schlaf an. Gleichzeitig lösen sie Ängste und machen die Gedanken frei, denn abendliches Grübeln hindert uns oft daran zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Zubereitung
Für ein perfektes Geschmackserlebnis empfehlen wir einen gehäuften Teelöffel pro Tasse bei 80 °C Wassertemperatur 5 bis 10 Minuten ziehen zu lassen.

Aufbewahrung:
Nach Gebrauch geschlossen und kühl aufbewahren. Damit der Tee sein volles Aroma entfalten kann, ist eine Zimmertemperatur um die 19 °C bei der Lagerung optimal.
