Das Wurzelchakra, auch Muladhara genannt, ist das unterste unserer 7 Hauptchakren und liegt auf Höhe deines Steissbeines. Es ist unter anderem mit deinen Beinen, dem Darm, dem Skelett und dem untersten Bereich deiner Wirbelsäule verbunden. Seine Resonanzfarbe ist ein kräftiges Rot.
